Due to the increasing demand for our products, we wish to hire a finishing technician that will play a key role in polishing, cleaning and wrapping our various products. This person will also occasionally ensure the maintenance of a portion of the equipment used in the production process.

What does a finishing technician’s typical workday look like?

During a typical workday, you will be responsible for:

  • Manually polishing the metallic prostheses with a mechanical polisher;
  • Finishing the surfaces of the 3D-printed pieces with electric handpieces;
  • Examining the surfaces of the products to identify and correct imperfections;
  • Packaging the products according to pre-established instructions (in a cleanroom);
  • Carrying out the post-impression treatment of the 3D-printed products;
  • Maintaining and calibrating the designated production equipment, if needed;
  • Completing and updating all related documentation;
  • Maintaining an up-to-date inventory for the polishing and finishing areas.

  • You must have a hawk eye capable of spotting the slightest imperfection on the products;
  • You must be curious, motivated and conscientious;
  • You must be versatile and capable of maintaining a good pace.
