With Bodycad growing quickly, we are looking to bring on a new senior executive responsible for developing and orchestrating the company’s sales strategies across Asia with a focus on driving revenue and growth. This person will additionally play an important leadership role within the company as a mobilizing agent for the sales and operations teams, as well as a brand ambassador to the medical and scientific community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve business goals, including revenue targets and market share;
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to each regional markets, taking into consideration local preferences and trends as well as regulatory requirements;
  • Oversee pricing strategies and ensure optimal pricing for products and services to maximize revenue and maintain competitiveness in the market;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory affairs, production and marketing) to ensure alignment with company strategies and operations;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, hospital administrators and partners, all while identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion;
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability of commercial operations;
  • Oversee the negotiation and management of commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements;
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business administration, sales or any other related field;
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in the field of orthopedics and/or medical devices;
  • Demonstrated experience in building and aligning teams across various regions in Asia;
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to create and execute complex business plans;
  • Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills and ability to influence at the executive level;
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics as well as competitive issues/products;
  • Ability to data and develop KPIs for sales forecasting and to support strategic decisions.
